What is necessary to register marriage in Ukraine?

If a foreigner wants to marry a Ukrainian citizen on the territory of Ukraine, he will need to prepare the following documents:

• passport copy with Ukrainian visa
• passport translation into Ukrainian, certified by notary
• immigration card and its translation into Ukrainian, certified by notary
• the document certifying that the person is not married (it should be taken at civilian registrar's office at the foreigner’s country of origin and then legalized at the Ukraine’s consulate or embassy at the country of origin)
• the translation of the document above into Ukrainian, certified by notary
• if a foreigner is divorced, then the court’s divorce certificate together with its translation will also be needed, it should also be legalized at the Ukraine’s consulate or embassy at the country of origin

How long does it take?
